For those who’ve upgraded to Firefox 3, you’re probably sharing my agony of this crapy piece of work. The browser acts like a zombie for several minutes once it’s started, and the program crashes at least several times each day.

Luckily, I’ve found and upgraded the latest 3.0.1 release candidate which was released on 9-Jul. Test result is pretty satisfactory so far. Check it out at this mozilla ftp site.

IE Tab is a great tool for Firefox user who needs to access web pages from within, that can run properly only with IE, e.g. MSN Stock Screener & MSN Stock Research Wizard. As the add-on name implies, you can open the specific website in a Firefox tab by right-clicking on the link and select “Open Link in IE Tab”. Have fun.


Found this super cool Firefox Add-on that helps you synchronize your bookmarks across multiple computers. You can also login to their website to manage your bookmarks from any computer. A simple wizard will guide you through the installation. Simple and cool.

Helped MummyDear install her new Laptop over the weekend, and found this irritating bug. FireFox kept shaking, vibrating, and jumping up and down the screen. Did a quick search on the net and found a solution. Apparently, this bug has been around for quite a while, and in other Windows version as well. To resolve it, simply add something into your FireFox Bookmark. That’s right, it’s so simple. :)

Nevertheless, I’m still a die hard FireFox user.


Got some feedback that the Flash videos on my blog could not be watched in IE browser. Did a quick search on the net and found out that it’s a generic problem with IE after Microsoft was sued by a small company for infringing their patent.
