Here’s last week’s training summary. The foot massage was excellent. Also started to read ChiRunning, an excellent book offering training principles to employ the deep power reserves in the core muscles of the trunk, an approach that grows out of such disciplines as yoga, Pilates, and Tai Chi. Missed the run on Friday to fetch Ashley to attend extra violin class for exam preparation. Though just started Chi Running, I am already feeling the difference when I did the run on Tuesday and Wednesday using the principles I read from the book. I was totally rejuvenated after the run, and felt I could run another 5 km more.
