Just realized that I’ve not posted anything for almost nine months!
Time really flies. Hahahaha
Nothing spectacular to update recently, except that we’ve (whole family) taken up 武术 class at the Community Centre. The class is conducted by 武坊, setup by Chief Instructor Vincent Ng (翁青海)， Singapore’s only World Wushu Champion, and MediaCorps artist.
The training has “waken” up some of my dormant muscles and caused my body to ache for several days after each session. Hope my body will be more seasoned after a few more sessions of conditioning.
